Director of Revenue Cycle for a growing and mission-driven healthcare organization dedicated to reimagining equitable care for all. This full-time,
onsite position is based in Los Angeles, CA (Hollywood / Beverly Grove area). POSITION OVERVIEW: The Director of Revenue Cycle serves as a key financial leader, overseeing all aspects of billing, collections, and revenue integrity to ensure efficient operations and optimal reimbursement across the organization’s healthcare services. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role provides strategic direction, builds high-performing teams, and drives process improvement to strengthen financial health while supporting patient-centered care.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle including billing, collections, claims, and denial management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the revenue cycle team while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve billing workflows, cash flow, and patient satisfaction.
- Establish standardized policies and training programs that support compliance and efficiency.
- Analyze financial data and performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and payer regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Proven leadership experience within a revenue cycle or healthcare finance environment.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing concepts, payer regulations, and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated success in team leadership, staff development, and cross-department collaboration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical record systems (Allscripts preferred).
- Certifications such as CPC, CPB, CCS, CCA, RHIT, or RHIA are highly valued.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: This full-time, onsite role offers a competitive salary range of
