Position Summary Information Job Description Summary The purpose of this position is to tutor students, enhance their programming or networking skills & knowledge to facilitate success in the students’ declared degree program. Lab tutors will use collaborative and interactive process to enable and encourage students to become a more effective and independent learners. This position will also serve to monitor an open computer lab for general student access. Minimum Qualifications
- At least an 3.5 GPA in related course work
- Completion of at least 30 college hours
Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work with students from various backgrounds.
- Commitment to work scheduled hours.
- General working knowledge of MS Office Applications.
Preferred Qualifications Experience collaborating in a team setting.
45 completed college credit hours.
Knowledge of learning management systems (preferably Canvas).
