Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) aligned with student needs and district standards
• Adapt lessons and instructional materials to acmodate various learning abilities
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families to support student progress
• Monitor and document student performance and behavior, adjusting strategies accordingly
• Manage classroom behavior and promote a positive, structured learning atmosphere
