We are seeking a high performing Leasing Consultant with a proven sales track record and who enjoy working with residents to make sure they have an excellent experience with our properties.

We have a great opportunity for you to join our onsite residential team in Downtown Chicago. This fast-paced property is looking for someone with direct residential leasing experience, preferably within the Chicagoland residential high-rise market.

We're looking for you

To be our Leasing superstar!   Your efforts will be to handle incoming calls as well as online and in-person traffic, coordinate and lead property tours, lease apartments and prepare leasing files for approval and renewals.

You’ll work with the team to develop leasing marketing strategies, fully participate with outreach marketing, resident events, and leasing file audits.

These positions :

• Are full time, up to 40 hours per week
• Will require some Saturday shifts
• Are eligible for employer provided benefits as well as added income via quarterly bonuses - up to 5% of the annual salary, and commissions on new leases
• The compensation for this role is $24 / hr

Our Leasing Office is accessible to our residents; we start at 9 : 00 AM and close at 6 : 00 PM. We're also open each Saturday from 10 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM. Weekend shifts are required for this position. Your Community Manager will do their best to support any flexibility in the schedule you may need and to accommodate any advance notice of requests for time off.
