Data Entry and Maintenance Specialist - Remote

Our team of clinicians work with consumers to coordinate engagement in their care to ensure proper management of medical and psychosocial needs.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry and Maintenance Specialist to join our Administrative team. This is a fully remote, hourly, full-time position that offers the flexibility to work from your preferred location. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and maintenance of our organizational data. Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of data entered across various systems and databases.
• Regularly review, update, and maintain organizational data for quality and integrity.
• Perform data input tasks and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to verify key information and ensure data accuracy.
• Develop and maintain detailed records of all data audits, edits, and corrections.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Generate and present detailed reports on data quality and updates as required.
• Identify and propose process improvements to enhance the efficiency of data entry and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

The pay range for this role is :

70,000 - 80,000 USD per year(Remote (Detroit, Michigan, US))
