Procurement Counsel

A company is looking for a Procurement Counsel.

Key Responsibilities :

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, ensuring protection for the company and its stakeholders

Evaluate risk factors and provide legal advice on agreements and company policies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop processes and enforce policies related to global commercial contracting

Required Qualifications :

JD degree or equivalent from an accredited institution with necessary professional licensing

3-5 years of relevant experience, particularly in negotiating SaaS agreements

Experience with legal matters related to business agreements, information security, and privacy

Familiarity with legal issues arising from AI and machine learning technologies

Strong understanding of contract law and corporate law
