Pennsylvania Licensed Assistant General Counsel

A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel who will support legal and investigative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle litigation matters and collaborate with outside counsel on strategy

Manage regulatory exams, inquiries, and customer complaint investigations

Develop and deliver training programs on legal topics

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school

Admission to the bar of at least one state and eligibility for PA bar's Limited In-House Corporate General License

8-10 years of experience in compliance / legal background within insurance, securities, or financial services

Experience managing corporate investigations and interacting with regulatory bodies

Litigation experience, including federal and state insurance litigation
