Compensation & Career Growth
  • Year 1 On-Target Earnings: $50–60K+ (Base + Uncapped Commission + Monthly Bonuses)
  • Year 2 Average Earnings: $71.8K+ with significant upside potential
  • Uncapped commissions and performance bonuses mean your earning potential is in your hands

What You'll Do

As a Business Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our Inside Sales team, connecting with small and medium-sized businesses nationwide. You'll identify their needs, present tailored digital marketing solutions, and build long-term relationships that drive real results.

  • Start the conversation: Interact with warm leads through strategic calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Consult with confidence: Deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase Hibu's all-in-one digital platform — websites, SEO/SEM, display ads, social media, and more
  • Close deals: Drive revenue by converting prospects into loyal clients
  • Build relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients grow their business through strategic marketing
  • Stay sharp: Continuously learn and master Hibu's products, tools, and sales techniques
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment: Compete, collaborate, and celebrate wins with a high-energy team

Who You Are

  • Passionate about sales, digital marketing, and helping small businesses succeed
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and prospecting
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results
  • Excellent communicator with strong time management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Background check required
