Job Description

Lead and mentor engineering and drafting teams to achieve project goals.

Manage all aspects of assigned projects from kick-off through completion, including warranty period.

Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating internal and external resources.

Oversee approval and fabrication drawings, revisions, and releases to production.

Handle requisitions, contracts, and purchase orders with suppliers and fabricators.

Ensure seamless communication with customers and vendors on technical and commercial matters.

Troubleshoot production priorities and manage scope changes within company policies.

Interpret engineering blueprints, weld symbols, and technical specifications.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have :

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field (or equivalent vocational training / work experience).
• Strong knowledge of industrial metal fabrication.
• Prior experience in power or heavy industrial equipment preferred.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is a plus.
• Experience as a people manager
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to lead teams, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
