Position Overview

Hooters Kitchen Staff Members play a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality food while ensuring safety, sanitation, and picture-perfect presentation. This fast-paced role requires teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and cook menu items per Hooters recipes and standards
  • Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Support kitchen setup, breakdown, and daily tasks

Qualifications :

  • Knowledge of safe food handling practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
  • Basic knife handling and math skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

    Compensation :

    $16.50 - $21.50 per hour, depending on experience, training, and skills.

    Benefits (eligibility requirements apply) :

  • Paid Sick Time - Provided in accordance with Colorado's Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA)
  • Paid Vacation - Available after 12 months, accrued based on hours worked
  • Medical Insurance - Partial employer-paid coverage for eligible employees after 12 months of employment and meeting minimum hours requirements
  • 401(k) Plan - Available after 1 year of service (with plan requirements)
  • Health Savings Account - Available only to employees who enroll in a qualifying high-deductible health plan option
