POSITION TITLE: Elementary School Nurse
REPORTS TO: Building Principal and Asst. to the Superintendent for Admin Services

QUALIFICATIONS
Valid Pennsylvania Certification as School Nurse preferred. Must be a Registered Nurse and a Bachelor's degree is required.

DUTIES
Conduct school health services, maintain up-to-date cumulative health records on all students, observe students on a regular basis to detect health needs, prepare and submit required reports, administer necessary first aid and medication in accordance with written prescription received from parents.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Salary and evaluation are in accordance with the current collective bargaining agreement.
