What We Need You To Do Build and run content and social campaigns that engage and convert

Create smart, scroll-stopping content across web, email, and social platform

Support B2B and B2C social media strategy, content, and community engagement

Support paid ads with creative ideas that maximize reach and ROI

Spot what’s not working and turn it around with smart product and brand action plans

Dig into audience data to uncover insights and spark new engagement strategies

Stay on top of trends to keep our brands fresh and competitive

Analyze performance, uncover insights, and adjust to keep campaigns sharp

You’ll Also Need 3+ years in content marketing, social media, or digital strategy

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field

Passion for and previous experience with creating short-form vertical video – specifically for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

Prior content marketing experience and a mix of creativity and data savvy – you can write, edit, and measure results

Strong organizational skills and the drive to thrive on a dynamic, collaborative team

Comfort level working in a fast-paced environment both independently and with a team

Willingness to receive feedback and use it to grow as a member of our marketing team
