Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Physical Therapist is needed to provide prehensive services to K-12 students within both school and home settings. This contract position spans the full school year and is based in Brentwood, NY. The role focuses on delivering tailored therapeutic interventions that support students' physical development and functional abilities across diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students.
• Provide direct physical therapy services in school and home environments.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Document therapy sessions, progress, and outes in pliance with regulatory and program standards.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary teams focused on student success.
