[job_card.job_description]Team : 4 General Dentists, 3 Hygienists Operatories : 10 Technology : CBCT / Pan, Digital Scanners, Nomad, 3D Printer, Intraoral Cameras, AI Software Payer Mix : UHC, CSEA, Connection Network, Dental Pay Plus, Optum New Patients : ~40 / month Culture : Collaborative, patient-focused, and growth-oriented Daily Guarantee : starting at $900 / day (initial 12 months) Production-Based Pay : 30% of Net Production Educate patients regarding their comprehensive treatment options Maintaining an environment where patients are comfortable and understand their health is our top priority Support the growth and development of our teams and practices Provide exceptional dental care Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree-accredited dental school Current / Active license in good standing in this state (or eligible to obtain) Be part of a thriving, modern practice with a strong patient base Work with cutting-edge technology and a supportive clinical team Enjoy a positive office culture that values collaboration and continuous learning
