As a Resident Assistant, you will provide essential daily support, ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable, and valued. Whether assisting with personal care, encouraging engagement, or simply being a reassuring presence, you will play a key role in enhancing their quality of life.

As a Resident Assistant, you will :

• Support Daily Living Activities - Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility to promote independence and well-being.
• Encourage Engagement - Foster social, recreational, and wellness participation, helping residents stay active and connected.
• Ensure a Clean and Comfortable Environment - Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and organization to create a welcoming and safe home.
• Monitor Resident Well-Being - Observe and report any changes in residents' health, behavior, or emotional state to the nursing team.
• Welcome and Support New Residents - Help new residents transition smoothly into their home, offering guidance and reassurance.
• Other Duties as Assigned - The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.
