A company is looking for a Patient Access Representative (Home-Based).
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients, verify demographics, and manage registration processes
Coordinate and schedule appointments with nursing teams and providers
Assist with patient financial arrangements and collect payments
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; post-secondary education is helpful
One year of work experience in a medical office setting is preferred
Medical terminology knowledge is helpful
Six months of customer service experience is desired
BLS certification may be required for certain locations and / or settings
