Summary :

As a People Associate, you will provide customer service and support to employees contacting the People Service Center. This role involves managing calls, service tickets, and data entry while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Phone Support :

Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing prompt and professional assistance.

Resolve inquiries, escalate issues when necessary, and maintain a courteous tone.

Ticket Management :

Log, track, and resolve service tickets submitted through internal systems.

Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up on requests or issues.

Data Entry & Record Maintenance :

Input and update employee information in databases or systems.

Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and / or related industry.

Education : High School Diploma or GED required.
