Handle incoming patient calls to assist with billing inquiries

Review accounts with outstanding or incorrect balances

Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent experience

Call center or medical billing experience is a plus

Experience in the healthcare industry preferred

Must have a quiet, HIPAA compliant area for work

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
