Must be able to use hands efficiently in handling vehicle parts. Strong interest in the automotive industry and a desire to learn and develop technical skills. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment Basic knowledge of auto body repair techniques and tools is preferred but not required Must be at least 18 years of age Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward learning and problem-solving Reliable transportation to commute to the workplace Maintain a good rapport with all supervisors and co-workers Comply with all Company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook. Present a friendly, pleasant, accommodating, cheerful, courteous, helpful, and outgoing disposition toward fellow employees at all times. Job Description :
This program offers a valuable opportunity for hands-on experience in the automotive industry,
working alongside an experienced technician and gaining insight into various aspects of auto body repair. This will be a 30 day trial to qualify for the 18-month Technician Development Program.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Assist in performing basic auto body repairs, including dent removal, sanding, and painting under the supervision of
- experienced technicians.
- Learn to use and maintain tools and equipment properly to ensure safety and efficiency in the workplace.
- Participate in vehicle inspections to identify damages and develop repair plans.
- Collaborate with team members to complete repair projects within specified timelines and quality standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
