Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
\n• Travel assignment for Medical/Surgical unit (2NE Med/Surg)
\n• Weekend shifts required
\n• Patient ratios of 1:6
\n• Must have Meditech experience
\n• Must have telemetry unit experience
\n• Required certifications: BLS/ACLS
\n• CPI certification preferred
\n• NIHSS assessment experience preferred
\n• Ultrasound IV placement skills preferred
\n• Work with equipment including Hoyer lifts, BSC, SarahSteady, walkers, wheelchairs, WOW/COW
\n• Use Meditech EMR system
\n• Float to Medical/Surgical units as needed
\n• Dress code requires royal blue scrubs
\n• Must be collaborative, team player, self-motivated, and respectful
\n• Work on 18-bed unit with 25 staff members including charge nurses, RNs, and PCTs
