Base Pay Range
$120,000.00 / yr - $150,000.00 / yr

We are an Austin-based public accounting firm that’s looking to bring on a Senior Tax Manager with 6–10 years of experience across income & estate tax accounting. This is an incredible opportunity to step into a leadership-heavy seat where you’ll mentor junior staff, manage complex engagements, and play a strategic role in client tax planning. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage compliance-focused client engagements
- Train, mentor, and develop junior associates
- Research and resolve complex tax issues and leverage tax laws for client advantage
- Review federal & state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates & trusts (CCH Axcess)
- Forecast year-end and interim tax outcomes and liabilities
- Maintain discretion with sensitive financial and client information
