job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPerform Quality Control checks to ensure all information is accurate Sign off on all new jobs to ensure all information is correct Attend daily meetings with other departments to discuss the status of jobs Place employees in the best spot to succeed every day and assist in production Review generated specifications and perform periodic production quality control checks to ensure that programs are produced in accordance with client instructions Ensure correct materials are noted and in the correct insertion order of the mail package Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow High school diploma or equivalent Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) with strong verbal / written communication skills. Dependable, proactive, and quality-focused. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize multiple jobs. Ability to train, coach, and motivate team

Job Summary : A Bilingual Quality Control Lead ensures that all projects meet company and client quality standards throughout the production process. This position assists with quality checks, provides training and guidance to production staff, and communicates effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking team members to maintain consistency, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
Shifts :
- 2nd shift : Monday - Friday : 2 : 00 pm - 10 : 00 pm
- 3rd shift : Monday - Friday : 10 : 00 pm - 6 : 00 am
