Are you passionate about the legal field and eager to gain hands-on experience in legal recruiting We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Legal Recruiting Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide general assistance to our summer associate and on-campus interview programs.

Location : Austin Texas; San Antonio Texas

Duration : May 2026 August 2026

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Assist with the coordination and execution of summer associate and on-campus recruiting programs.
• Communicate effectively with candidates law schools and internal stakeholders.
• Provide support in organizing events meetings and other recruiting activities .
• Reserve conference rooms for summer associate activities .
• Research event venues and catering options .
• Solicit summer associate feedback .
• Assist with interview scheduling and logistics .
• Organize the collection of student interview feedback .
• Prepare materials for hiring committee meetings .
• Greet candidates for summer associate interviews .
• Maintain accurate records and databases related to recruiting activities .
• Track and process summer event expenses .
• Process student and vendor reimbursements .
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
