The Sous Chef plays a critical leadership role in the daily operations of the kitchen, supporting the Executive Chef in maintaining culinary excellence and smooth execution. This role requires a high level of professionalism, creativity, and operational knowledge to uphold the standards set by Chef Michael White. The ideal candidate will lead by example, inspire their team, and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.Key Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Chef in all areas of kitchen operations, including service, prep, and expediting
• Lead and mentor the line team to ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail
• Execute and uphold Chef Michael White's culinary vision, recipes, and plating standards
• Assist with inventory control, ordering, and cost management
• Maintain all health, safety, and sanitation protocols as per local and internal guidelines
• Participate in menu development and testing of new seasonal dishes
• Ensure the kitchen is properly staffed, trained, and performing at the highest level
• Foster a respectful, collaborative, and high-performing kitchen culture
• Step into the Executive Chef's role when necessary
