[job_card.job_description]People Development : Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team. Guest Experience : Uphold top-tier food quality and service standards while honing marketing acumen. Financial Management : Understand sales growth, cost management, and drive profit growth. Operational Excellence : Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and apply comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures. Have at least 3 years of restaurant management experience (3-5 years preferred). Be at least 18 years old. Hold a high school diploma or GED / equivalent. Possess flexibility in scheduling based on business and team needs. Quick service restaurant experience is preferred, but not required. ServSafe certification is preferred, but not required.
