Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer
Location: Lansing, MI
Duration: 1 year with possible extension
- CLIENT Network Services is seeking a Senior System Engineer resource to provide design, engineering, technical, implementation support, and process design and service design package documentation for the Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX).
- There are enhanced call routing & call center agent/supervisor functional requirements that require a skilled technical engineering resource.
- This resource will provide Level 2 and 3 technical support, training and knowledge transfer to the Telephony Services staff.
- In addition, this resource will provide engineering and technical support for the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).
Required Technology Skill Set:
- Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX): 5+ years
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM): 5+ years
- Cisco Unity Connection (CUC): 5+ years
