Our methods are grounded in the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based approach within the framework of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy. By joining our team, you'll play a crucial role in advancing our mission-driven care model.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the profession's rigorous standards
• Implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles
• Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework
• Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification
