Responsibilities
- Support Firms training / CLE programs, including Associate Training Initiative.
- Provide support for in?person and virtual trainings, including scheduling, coordinating logistics, drafting / sending invitations, reviewing / compiling training materials, and preparing / processing surveys.
- Assist with the Firms CLE / CPD training, including maintaining lawyer CLE database (CE Manager).
- Prepare CLE application forms and documentation for accreditation purposes for in?house / client programs, including tracking and reporting attendance post?program.
- Consult with and advise attorneys and administrative professionals regarding CLE / CPD compliance.
- Support and respond to CLE Inbox inquiries after researching and confirming CLE protocols and processes.
- Maintain and enter programs in the Learning Management System ("LMS") / eLearning Library.
- Seek opportunities to continue to learn, innovate, and improve.
- Stay current on legal professional development trends / best practices and share with the Talent Development team.
Proficiencies

Bachelors degree (required).At least 2 years professional services experience.Some CLE familiarity or experience (preferred).The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $59,900 and a maximum of $74,600 annually. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
