We provide everything you need-appointments, marketing materials, paid training, and a supportive team. no cold calling, no experience required-just bring your personality, communication skills, and drive to succeed.

What We Offer :

  • Designers typically earn between $50,000 to 90,000 per year
  • Experienced Designers currently earn $90,000 or more per year
  • Fast-track to Senior Sales Designer with higher pay and bonus potential
  • Hybrid remote role with a flexible schedule
  • 12-week paid sales training and ongoing mentorship
  • Pre-set appointments with new and repeat residential clients

    • What Youll Do :

  • Meet with clients in their homes (leads provided)
  • Build rapport and assess their home organization needs
  • Design personalized solutions using our sales process and tools
  • Present designs and help clients make confident decisions

    • What You Need :

  • No prior sales or design experience requiredwell train you!
  • Strong people skills and a desire to help others
  • Willingness to complete our paid 12-week training program
  • Valid drivers license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
