RV Warranty Advisor

RV dealership looking for a Service Advisor to handle all warranty work!

Responsibilities

• Great customers and open all work orders for warranty work
• You will be the first point of contact for all warranty customers
• Accurately process and submit warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer and dealership guidelines
• Review repair orders for completeness, compliance, and proper documentation
• Research, track, and follow up on unpaid or rejected claims; correct and resubmit when necessary
• Maintain organized digital and physical records of all warranty activity
• Communicate effectively across departments to resolve discrepancies
• Stay informed on manufacturer updates, bulletins, policy changes, and best practices

Qualifications

• 2-3 years prior experience is required!
• RV experience is preferred!
• Clean background
