Job Description :

The Event Technology & Systems Specialist serves as the global primary administrator and expert for the event teams technology ecosystem. This role is responsible for managing optimizing and executing within key platforms including Cvent Airtable Flowcode Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ON24 among others and will support planners in all regions. The ideal candidate is a systems-oriented problem solver who enjoys improving workflows building digital experiences and supporting event execution through technology.

Job Responsibilities Include :

Platform Administration & Ownership

• Serve as the primary admin for all event technology platforms (Cvent JiffleNow Airtable Flowcode Salesforce Marketing Cloud ON24 EZ Office Inventory Management).
• Manage user access permissions integrations and system configurations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with vendor support as needed.

Event Technology Execution

Marketing Automation & Communication

Process Improvement & Data Management

Collaboration & Support

Requirements / Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in marketing advertising communications or equivalent work experience in fast-paced corporate Marketing or Communications department.

Proficiency in MS Office (Teams SharePoint Word Excel PowerPoint); some experience with event management technology tools (Cvent or Aventri) is preferred; experience with the ON24 (or similar) webinar platform is also preferred. Additional technologies such as inventory management tools desired.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience working with event technology platforms preferably with Cvent SalesForce Marketing Cloud and ON24 webinar platform or related experience; high-technology and / or business-to-business experience required. Prior experience in semiconductor industry a plus.
