Shine is a home services franchise company with nearly 50 locations across the country. Shine offers window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, house washing, and holiday lighting services. Job Summary

Each day, you will :

  • Meet with the team to understand the days plan.
  • Drive a Shine vehicle to customers homes or businesses, typically with a team member.
  • Call customers ahead of time to alert them of your arrival.
  • Meet customers face to face to ensure their expectations are met.
  • Suggest additional services if appropriate.
  • Complete a post-job inspection and meet with the customer to review the work.
  • Accept and process customer payments using mobile technology.
  • End the day at the Shine office to recap and prepare for the next day.

    • Qualifications

    To qualify for this position, you must :

  • Enjoy working with people.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Be able to lift and carry a ladder up to 30 pounds.
  • Not be afraid of heights.
  • Be able to work outside.
  • Want to work in a leadership capacity.
