Subcontractors Wanted Commercial Cleaning & Specialty Services

Seattle Commercial Cleaners is hiring subcontractors to support our growing list of commercial clients. Were looking for dependable partners who can take on jobs in janitorial services, window cleaning (low to high-rise), pressure washing, and high dusting.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial cleaning or specialty services
• Must provide own equipment and chemicals
• Insurance coverage of at least $500k, listing Seattle Commercial Cleaners as additional insured
• Professional work attire, PPE, and high-visibility vest required on all jobs
• Compliance with OSHA and WAC safety standards
• Strong communication skills and reliability

Expectations

• Follow the job scope and schedule outlined in Work Orders
• Use the Connecteam app to clock in, submit photos, and report incidents
• Maintain professionalism and safety on every job site
• Provide quality results that meet SCC standards
