Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive/Personal Assistant in Highland Village, TX to directly support a CEO across their portfolio of 5–6 businesses. This dynamic role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and takes pride in being the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, coordinate complex calendars, and serve as the gatekeeper for all events and commitments. Proficiency in Google Workspace is essential, as is a willingness to handle everything from event planning and light accounting to running errands and stocking supplies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- CRM software experience is a plus
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, must have open availability in evenings and weekends as needed for events and some travel etc.
