A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Assembler .

As an Assembler , you will :
- Work in a clean room environment, responsible for operating various tools in the production of MCP.
- Will include machine set up, running and minor preventive maintenance duties. Utilize various tools for data entry of product movement and other electronic applications.
Essential Functions :
Work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to cleanroom protocols.This includes wearing a bunny suit and appropriate PPE as required.Use hand tools, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to produce products using detailed documented procedures.Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.Perform visual checks of product to assure quality.Identify and correct non-conforming parts following documented procedures.Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products.Work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.Proficient in good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email)Good written and verbal communication skillsProficient in read drawings / blueprints / work instructions.clearly read and write in English.Experience to sit and / or stand for extended periods of timeIdeal candidate will have
High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum or 4 years prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary / associate’s degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related manufacturing work experience.Thank you!
