A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Assembler .

Position Type : Full Time Contract, Contract to hire

Duration : 12 months

Location : Tempe Arizona 85281

As an Assembler  , you will :

  • Work in a clean room environment, responsible for operating various tools in the production of MCP.
  • Will include machine set up, running and minor preventive maintenance duties. Utilize various tools for data entry of product movement and other electronic applications.

Essential Functions :

  • Work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to cleanroom protocols.
  • This includes wearing a bunny suit and appropriate PPE as required.
  • Use hand tools, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to produce products using detailed documented procedures.
  • Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
  • Perform visual checks of product to assure quality.
  • Identify and correct non-conforming parts following documented procedures.
  • Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products.
  • Work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.
  • Proficient in good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in read drawings / blueprints / work instructions.
  • clearly read and write in English.
  • Experience to sit and / or stand for extended periods of time

    • Ideal candidate will have

  • High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum or 4 years prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary / associate’s degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related manufacturing work experience.

    PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

    Pay Range

  • : $18-$19 per hour
  • Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
