SUMMARY

The Quality Systems Specialist plays a key role in supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the site's Quality Management System (QMS). This position ensures compliance with customer, industry, and regulatory requirements, working collaboratively across departments and operational sites to align quality practices and drive standardization.

A key responsibility of this role is supporting training and compliance related to IPC standards, particularly IPC-A-610, which governs the acceptability of electronic assemblies. Milwaukee Electronics will provide training and certification for IPC-A-610 to ensure this team member has the necessary expertise to lead ongoing site training and compliance activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the site lead for compliance activities related to :

Corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
