McGregor Early Learning Academy is currently hiring Substitute Preschool Teachers. As early education leaders, we are making a strong, lasting, positive impact on children every day. Our Teachers:
Have a love for Christ and children. We are looking for candidates who are as passionate about the growth and development of the precious children in our care as we are.
Are caring, compassionate and love what they do! Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all MELA standards.
Strive to create exciting and interactive learning experiences while serving as mentors to fellow Teachers. Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized.

Qualifications:
CDA and/or 45 hour state mandated training required; however, this training may be obtained within the first year of employment. Substitute teachers are called as needed and should be available M-F 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.
