Essential Functions : Answers telephone, provides information, routes calls and takes messages
Greets the public, answers questions and directs callers or visitors to sources of assistance
Examples of Duties :
Answers phone calls, provides information, takes messages, and routes calls
Duplicates and collates forms, reports, correspondence and other documents
Files documents and maintains records and files
Greets clients and visitors and directs them to office locations for service or assistance
Sorts and distributes mail
Inserts materials into envelopes and sorts for mailing
Assembles routine packets and folders
Orders supplies, and contacts vendors
Computes totals, and performs simple mathematical calculations
Performs related work
Minimum Requirements :
High school diploma or the equivalent
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
Physical Requirement & Working Conditions :
Meets regular and punctual attendance standards and any special needs of the position as determined by management, including mandatory overtime and performing related work
