Lead HVAC Installer – Earn Up to $100 / hr with Performance Bonuses!

As our Lead HVAC Installer, you'll oversee residential HVAC system installations while guiding and mentoring junior team members.

Your expertise, leadership, and commitment to excellence will not only shape the next generation of installers but also drive your earning potential to new heights.

What Can We Do For You? $30–$35 per hour base pay with significant performance-based earning potential – our top installers make up to $100 per hour!

Performance bonuses are included in total compensation and structured to maximize your earnings. 8-hour job, 8-hour pay – we value your time and effort!

  • Lead the installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems with precision and efficiency.
  • Mentor and train junior installers, ensuring they develop strong technical skills and industry knowledge.
  • Ensure the team follows quality standards, safety protocols, and best practices.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve top-tier performance.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical details in a clear, professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry standards and participate in company-sponsored training.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 5+ years of HVAC installation experience.
  • EPA certification (required).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Strong technical expertise and knowledge of HVAC systems and installation procedures.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
