About The Position
Urology Physician – Santa Rosa, CA
Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Urologist to join Providence Medical Group – Santa Rosa Urology on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will possess a specialized focus on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction, contributing to exceptional patient care in a collaborative clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive urological care with an emphasis on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction procedures.
- Participate in outpatient clinics at our state-of-the-art facility located across from the Santa Rosa hospital.
- Manage patient consultations, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care within specialized areas.
- Provide on-call coverage approximately 7-10 days per month, including beeper call, with onsite availability during weekday working hours (7 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm).
- Respond to hospital call-backs after hours and on weekends, typically 3-5 times per week, ensuring continuous patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered urological services and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
