Job Description
We’re seeking a Tax Senior to prepare and review complex returns, support tax planning
initiatives, and contribute to client success in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. This
is a hands-on role with direct client interaction and mentorship opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review corporate (1120 / 1120S / 1120H), partnership (1065), individual (1040),
Estate and Trust (1041), and (990) tax returns
Conduct quarterly tax projections, estimated payments, and multi-state complianceAssist with sales tax, personal property tax, payroll tax optimization, and workers’ comp auditsSupport tax planning for business expansion, entity structuring, and cost-saving strategiesUse Proconnect Tax, QuickBooks Online, and Smartvault to ensure accuracy and efficiencyCollaborate with senior leadership on client advisory and IRS / state correspondenceTrain and guide staff accountants on tax processes and software best practicesQualifications
CPA required4–6 years of public accounting tax experience, ideally with small to mid-sized businessesStrong knowledge of pass-through entity taxation and multi-state filing requirementsProficiency in tax preparation software and QuickBooks OnlineExcellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and client communicationTeam player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindsetCompensation & Benefits
