Position : RN-MedSurg Neuro (Travel / Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg Neuro for a 13-week contract in Lone Tree, Colorado — earn up to ($1670 - $1757 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in MedSurg Neuro settings.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.

Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.

Assist in achieving departmental performance targets.

Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.

Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.

Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for improvement.

Utilize electronic health records for accurate documentation.

Support a positive work environment through teamwork.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Manage time effectively to prioritize patient care tasks.

Experience / Qualifications

Valid RN license in Colorado with MedSurg experience.

Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

Commitment to adhering to safety and infection control protocols.

Experience in Neuro nursing or related specialty preferred.

Strong time management skills to prioritize patient care effectively.

Willingness to engage in self-assessment and seek constructive feedback.

Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Demonstrated ability to educate patients and families on health management.

Proficient in electronic health records and documentation practices.

Experience in participating in quality improvement initiatives.
