A company is looking for a Contact Center Analyst / Administrator to assist with the configuration and efficiency of contact center environments.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain dialing systems for efficient call flow and provide troubleshooting assistance
Collaborate with departments on customization and upgrades, driving optimization within the contact center
Analyze system performance metrics and suggest adjustments to improve efficiency and compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of relevant work experience
3+ years of contact center experience; administration of Ring Central or similar software is a plus
Comfortable learning new applications, software, integrations, and APIs
Project management skills are desired
