Job Description

The Administrator I / Logistics Material Handler will be part of a small team but will make a big impact. This role will be primarily in kitting, material handling, and inventory.

• Ability to work across business areas and interface at all levels of the organization
• Perform physical and administrative tasks in receiving, shipping, storing, and distributing orders / material for supplies and equipment.
• Execute Cycle Counting program and investigate and present supervisor with root cause analysis. Implement process improvements as needed.
• Packing products for warehouse storage and shipments.
• Responsible for receiving production, kitting and inventory management.
• Participate in cross-functional teams devoted to efficiency, cost-reduction, inventory reduction, inventory turns, and quality.
• Monitor key performance indicators to ensure achievement of goals.
• Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to the manager.
• Other projects, duties, or cross-training responsibilities as assigned.

Pay Range : We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry. It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments. The hourly pay range for this position, which could be performed in California, is $16.50 - $31.73. Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
