General Accountant

Position Overview

Neptune Technology Group is seeking a detail-oriented General Accountant to join our finance team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or professional with 0-2 years of experience to develop core accounting skills while contributing to essential financial operations. The General Accountant will play a key role in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and month-end close processes.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable

• Process customer invoices and ensure accurate and timely billing
• Maintain customer account records and update billing information
• Prepare aging reports and communicate with customers regarding past due accounts

Accounts Payable

Month-End Close

General Accounting Support

This position reports directly to the Controller and will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
