A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle Payment Integrity with EPIC experience, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Develop departmental goals, objectives, policies, and procedures while ensuring alignment with institutional policies

Analyze and evaluate ongoing departmental programs to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes

Prepare and present operating and capital expenditure budgets, ensuring financial targets are met

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

7 years of relevant work experience

Experience with EPIC systems

Proven leadership and supervisory skills

Ability to manage departmental budgets and financial targets
