Hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program . High volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients, along with medical overflow cases . Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for compassionate care. Apply clinical judgment and critical thinking for optimal outcomes. Enhance the patient experience throughout the continuum of care. Be part of a supportive team culture that values connection with team-building activities and community outreach. Engage in professional development and educational opportunities. Provide care appropriate to patients of all ages, adhering to department standards. Active RN license in the practicing state. BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Completion of an accredited Nursing program. Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience. Ability to provide holistic, patient-centered care. Capacity to respond to unplanned clinical interventions effectively. Proficiency in electronic medical records and communication technologies. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues. Excellent decision-making, organization, and time management skills. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, and reach frequently. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, carry up to 40 lbs, and push / pull within specified limits. Possible exposure to hazardous materials, requiring protective gear. Functionally capable in terms of speech, vision, hearing, and fine motor skills. Operates necessary medical equipment proficiently.

Schedule Details / Additional Information :
Nights, 8 and 12-hour shifts, every third weekend rotation, holiday rotation.
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift
Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000
