Nights, 8 and 12-hour shifts, every third weekend rotation, holiday rotation.
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift

Unit Overview :
Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit , where you will care for a diverse and complex patient population, including :
Post-operative craniotomies, AVMs, and tumor resections.Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries.Hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program .High volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients, along with medical overflow cases .What You'll Do :
Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for compassionate care.Apply clinical judgment and critical thinking for optimal outcomes.Enhance the patient experience throughout the continuum of care.Why Join Us?

Active RN license in the practicing state.BLS certification from the American Heart Association.Education Required :
Completion of an accredited Nursing program.Experience Required :
Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required :
Ability to provide holistic, patient-centered care.Capacity to respond to unplanned clinical interventions effectively.Proficiency in electronic medical records and communication technologies.Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.Excellent decision-making, organization, and time management skills.Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions :
