ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As an Insurance Account Representative at our Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

My commitment to you is invest in your development, help you advance your business acumen so that your knowledge and skills help you maximize your earning potential and even run your own agency / business down the line.

If you have an active Life Insurance license / certification and experience in this region, the base salary and commission is negotiable based on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
