Job Summary
The Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the front-line representative of the organization, delivering high-quality patient care through safe, accurate blood specimen collection . This role supports patients during routine healthcare visits and critical diagnostic moments while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and process excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing in accordance with established procedures
- Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment
- Demonstrate strong organizational commitment and leadership behaviors
- Promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public
- Complete daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor
