Productivity standards are 80-85%. 1:1 patient care for all Medicare patients. This is a beautiful facility with a well-spaced Rehab Gym, Supportive Assistants, Dedicated Nursing, and an Administrative team.

Qualifications for Travel Physical Therapy:

• Determine appropriate Physical Therapy (PT), POC & D/C and make adjustments as necessary
• Master's Degree or higher, in Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited physical therapy (PT) program
• Physical Therapy (PT) license, or pending, in the state
